Requirements: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and two to four years of related experience and/or training; ability to speak and read English, interpret documents, and communicate effectively with team members and guests; basic mathematical skills for computations and understanding financial data; strong reasoning abilities to solve problems and handle various situations; valid Driver’s License for company business; certification through IHOP training courses
