Position: IHOP Cook
About: A breakfast restaurant is currently hiring cooks to join their team. The restaurant offers training for individuals with or without experience in breakfast restaurants, focusing on fostering growth and success within the team. Cooks play a vital role in creating a variety of meals, ensuring a positive customer experience, maintaining a clean work environment, and following IHOP specifications for food preparation and service efficiency.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; ability to read and prepare food recipes to IHOP specifications, prepare food within outlined ticket times, read food tickets or receive verbal instructions, use knives and food preparation equipment, operate large volume cooking equipment; punctuality, cleanliness, teamwork, self-motivation, reliability, strong work ethic; ability to stand for up to 8 hours, lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, maintain full mobility of hands and arms for repetitive tasks
