Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; a genuine interest in cocktails, spirits, and mixology techniques; strong interpersonal skills and friendly demeanor; ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects; keen eye for detail in drink preparation and presentation; excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively; must meet legal age requirement for serving alcohol; ability to work in cold environments and varying weather conditions; willingness to work a flexible schedule including nights, holidays, and weekends; able to work in a fast-paced and somewhat stressful environment
