Position: Ice Cream US NRM Manager
About: Unilever Ice Cream, a global leader in the ice cream industry with a turnover of €7.9 billion in 2023, is seeking an Ice Cream US NRM Manager to join their team in Englewood Cliffs, NJ. As a standalone entity by November 2025, the Ice Cream business focuses on strong brand equities like Wall’s, Magnum, and Ben & Jerry’s, investing to unlock its full growth potential.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree required; EC preferred; 5 years+ of CPG experience; Experience in a customer-facing sales role; Experience in CSP and/or business development; Power user of tools such as Excel, Access; Clear communicator; Highly analytical; High bias for action
