Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree; Seven years of relevant experience; In-depth knowledge of quantitative and statistical analysis techniques; Proficiency in big-data software such as STATA, R, SAS, GIS software, Tableau; Advanced-level MS Excel skills; Experience working with local government; Strong sense of service to residents of Chattanooga
