Position: HVAC/Sheet Metal Field Service Director

Requirements: Minimum of 15 years in the HVAC industry with a strong focus on sales, service leadership, and operational management in the commercial sector; in-depth knowledge of commercial HVAC systems including design, installation, maintenance, and regulatory compliance; demonstrated success in leading, developing, and motivating high-performing teams; local and stable work history with an understanding of the Honolulu market or similar environments; advanced leadership or relevant HVAC and sheet metal field certifications are highly desirable
