Position: HVAC General Manager
About: One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning, a leading HVAC company nationwide, is seeking an experienced General Manager to join their team in Stamford, CT. The General Manager will lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring customer needs are met and implementing company policies and procedures for continued success.
Requirements: Must have a minimum of 5 years proven work experience as an Operations and/or General Manager or similar role; Must have a minimum of 10 years of verifiable managerial, technical, and sales experience in HVAC; Knowledge of residential and light commercial HVAC equipment and products; Familiarity with Service Titan software, iPads, Mac Books, Microsoft Word and Excel; Strong track record of meeting revenue goals; Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills; Bachelor’s degree in business administration or relevant field; EPA and NATE Certification; Ability to work extended hours and perform physical tasks with or without accommodation for disabilities
