Position: HVAC Comfort Consultant

As a pivotal member of our team, you will engage with clients to assess their needs and deliver tailor-made solutions for enhanced home comfort.
Requirements: Conduct thorough consultations to understand customers’ needs, recommending optimal equipment solutions; Create confident buyers by providing complete and accurate information about products and pricing; Ensure HVAC and Generator replacement options comply with all National and State codes; Create accurate and easily transferable sales proposals for the installation team; Communicate clearly and consistently with the Install Coordinator, Service Manager, and Installer to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction; Generate excitement about Streamline Services and encourage referrals; Adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and ethical conduct standards at all times; Build positive relationships with customers, teammates, and external agencies; Provide internal feedback on how to improve internal processes.
