Requirements: Be at least 18 years old; hold a high school diploma or equivalent (some college education preferred); previous experience in event security, law enforcement, or a related field is advantageous; possess strong physical fitness and the ability to stand or walk for extended periods; exhibit excellent observational and problem-solving skills; demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; work effectively in a team and collaborate with individuals from diverse backgrounds; maintain flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on event schedules; possess a valid security license or be willing to obtain one (if required by local regulations); successfully pass a background check and drug screening
