Position: Human Resources Operations Director

Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent; 10+ years within HR; Proactive leadership and project management track record for HR initiatives, processes, and policies; Ability to take and provide feedback from all levels of stakeholders and influence in return; Management and execution of large, complex projects with a senior stakeholder population (from conception to implementation); HR generalist or working on human capital initiatives with knowledge of talent acquisition, training, total rewards, and compliance projects; Think on your feet problem-solving ability; strong executive presence; Ability to look at things from a strategic lens and the ability to translate them to HR processes and positive business impact; Communicate effectively with all levels of the employee population; Detail-oriented with both quantitative and qualitative outputs; Knowledge of State and Federal employment laws; Good knowledge of various HR systems and their integration
