Position: Human Resources Generalist
About: JW Marriott Scottsdale Camelback Inn Resort & Spa is looking for a Human Resources Assistant to support management and the leadership team in handling and resolving HR-related issues. The position involves assisting employees with internal and external transfer requests, monitoring and assisting managers/supervisors with hiring processes and issues, coordinating drug tests, reference checks, background checks, motor vehicle department, and social security number verification.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent from a General Educational Development (GED) program; at least 1 year of relevant work experience; no supervisor experience required; no license or certification required
