Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred; 1-2 years of experience in Human Resources or related field; Knowledge of HR laws and regulations; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality; Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems; Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities; Passion for delivering exceptional service to employees
