Position: Human Resource Assistant -Staffing
About: Sodexo Live and its partner venues have been providing exceptional hospitality services for over 80 years across North America and the United Kingdom, focusing on creating rewarding and valuable experiences for people coming together. They are currently looking for an experienced Human Resources Assistant for the Convention Center Venue.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or a related field of study and/or appropriate combination of education and experience; PHR certification or willingness to work toward certification; 1-2 years of previous work experience in an HR role with knowledge of human resources administration principles and recruitment practices; previous experience in a fast-paced food and beverage service environment; polished and professional image; ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently or as part of a team; excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills; high proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS programs; demonstrated success in collaborating with various organizational functions and divisions
Benefits: Full-time position, Pay: $20.00 – $22.00 per hour, Schedule: 8-10 hour shifts, early morning, late evening, weekends as needed, Flexible schedule, Employee must maintain a business casual dress code for applying and interviews
