Position: HTS General Manager
About: HomeTowne Studios by RedRoof is currently seeking a General Manager to join their team. The company operates extended stay hotels in 20 different states and is dedicated to providing quality stays for both guests and employees.
Requirements: Maintain the hotel’s quality through regular inspections; Manage Front Desk, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Laundry, and Sales departments; Recruit, hire, train, and lead employees to achieve service and quality goals; Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company standards; Control costs effectively and manage budgets; Handle inventory and ordering of supplies; Oversee administrative functions and respond to guest reviews; Prefer 2 years of management experience, preferably in extended stay hotels, restaurant, or retail management; Must be self-motivated and capable of working independently; Understanding of Profit and Loss statements and budgeting preferred; Ability to lead a team successfully; Compensation commensurate with experience.
