Position: HTS General Manager
About: HomeTowne Studios by RedRoof is looking for a dedicated General Manager to lead our team. We prioritize providing top-quality extended stay experiences for our guests and strive to create a rewarding work environment for our employees.
Requirements: Maintain the hotel’s quality by inspecting rooms, public access areas, and outside grounds for cleanliness and order; Responsible for the management of various hotel departments including Front Desk, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Laundry, and Sales; Recruit, hire, train, and lead employees to exceed service and quality expectations; Coach, counsel, and motivate employees as necessary; Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards; Control costs effectively to meet budget guidelines; Manage property inventory and ordering of supplies within budget; Handle daily administrative functions and respond to guest reviews; Must have 2 years of management experience, self-motivated and able to work independently; Understanding of Profit and Loss statements and budgeting experience preferred; Strong leadership skills and the drive for success; Compensation commensurate with experience.
