Position: HR Manager, Culture & Change Management
About: Yum! Digital & Technology is seeking an HR Lead for Culture & Change Management to drive organizational transformation and alignment of culture with strategic goals across Yum!, KFC, Pizza Hut, Taco Bell, and The Habit Burger & Grill brands. The role involves integrating brand-specific teams into a cohesive organization while fostering innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Requirements: 10 years+ Experience in HR, change management and/or organizational development; Proven experience in leading cultural or organizational change initiatives; Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred; Experience in building out leadership capabilities and employee engagement activities
