Requirements: Bachelor’s degree required OR 4 additional years of related experience beyond the minimum required may be substituted in lieu of a degree; 6 years of relevant work experience in human resources, business management, or business consulting; Experience leading cross-functional teams or projects requiring strong collaboration, facilitation, and negotiation skills; Experience partnering with leadership to provide proactive recommendations to business problems, projects, or initiatives; Demonstrated experience leveraging data and insights in influencing differing stakeholder groups in a matrixed environment; Advanced experience managing multiple, competing priorities; Demonstrated experience building trust and relationships with differing stakeholder groups
