Position: HR MANAGER
About: Wells, a reputable design and construction company, is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead various HR functions, implement policies, and foster a positive workplace culture.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or related field preferred; bilingual in Spanish required; 5 years of HR experience in a manufacturing environment preferred; HR certification preferred; strong knowledge of Colorado employment laws and regulations; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; proficient in HR software and tools; strong organizational and problem-solving skills; possession of a valid driver’s license and ability to operate a motor vehicle
