Position: HR Coordinator
About: Second Nature Brands is a company aiming to grow from $500M to $1B in the next 4 years through a mix of M&A and organic growth strategies. The Human Resources Coordinator will report to the Human Resources Manager and play a crucial role in managing HR activities in fast-paced manufacturing facilities located in Madison Heights and Clinton Township.
Requirements: Degree in Human Resources preferred; proven HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing setting; experience in creating HR materials; proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; experience with HR databases and HRIS systems, preferably ADP; versatile, creative, and resourceful; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality; strong organizational and time management skills; positive attitude and passion for fostering a great workplace
