Position: HR Business Partner
About: The Senior HR Business Partner position is available at Sinai Hospital, providing exceptional service to internal and external customers. This role involves supporting client groups encompassing clinical, allied health, and non-clinical departments at Sinai and Grace Medical Center.
Requirements: Basic professional knowledge; equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree; working knowledge of theory and practice within a specialized field. Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years professional HR experience. Will consider 10+ years of experience resolving complex employee relations issues in lieu of a bachelor’s degree, preferably to include Union experience. Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines. 5-7 years of experience. SHRM certification preferred.
