Position: HQ – Lead Production Cook
About: ESS Support Services Worldwide, the market leader in providing remote food service and support assistance, is looking for an experienced and motivated Lead Production Cook to lead the high-volume meal program in downtown Anchorage. The operation runs 7 days a week, typically from 8 am to 5 pm.
Requirements: 1 year of experience in food production, sanitation procedures, inventory, and weekly food ordering processes required; ServSafe certification and Municipality food worker card required; Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record may be required; First Aid and CPR Certifications may be required.
