About: Regal is seeking a Bartender to join their team, responsible for providing exceptional service in a clean environment while ensuring guest satisfaction and upholding the company’s mission and policies. The role involves preparation of beverages, adherence to alcohol serving laws, attendance at all required training, and representation of the Crown Club Program.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; completion of cast certification program; completion or progress towards required state/local training and certificates; completion of Regal Responsible Beverage Server training; good public speaking and listening skills; ability to perform calculations accurately; strong problem-solving and reasoning skills; excellent communication with customers and team members; ability to prioritize tasks effectively; ability to lift up to 60 pounds and perform physical job duties as needed
