Position: Houseperson
About: The Banquet Houseperson is responsible for the planning, set-up, and completion of banquet events to Proper standards. This position requires extensive interaction with banquet, food, and beverage colleagues and corporate clients throughout their events. The Banquet Houseperson maintains cleanliness and working condition of all respective equipment, guest, and service areas.
Requirements: Experience in banquet setup procedures and standards; Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, their proper use, and safety precautions; Familiarity with various types of event equipment (tables, chairs, linens, etc.); Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene principles; Knowledge of proper lifting techniques and workplace safety
