Requirements: Experience in a hospitality, service, consumer-facing franchise, or related field preferred; positive attitude and willingness to learn; ability to follow guidelines and procedures; ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve conflicts effectively; clear communication skills; desire to provide exceptional guest service; age requirement of 18 years or older; willingness to work varied schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays; punctuality in clocking in and out for every shift; adherence to break and call-out policies.
