Position: Houseperson
About: Hotel Verdant, located at 500 Main Street in Racine, WI, is seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Housekeeper to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the hotel premises and provide exceptional service to guests in a timely and friendly manner. Responsibilities include cleaning public areas, guest rooms, and back-of-house areas, as well as operating laundry equipment and delivering housekeeping items. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring a pleasant stay for guests at Hotel Verdant.
Requirements: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); one to three months related experience and/or training preferred; ability to read and interpret documents, perform basic mathematical operations, and apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions; physical ability to lift and move weights up to 35 pounds and perform various cleaning tasks; strong attention to detail and adherence to cleanliness standards
