Position: Houseparents – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School, a renowned private school founded in 1909 by Milton and Catherine Hershey, is seeking Houseparents to provide nurturing support to students from disadvantaged backgrounds in a family-like environment on their Hershey, PA campus. Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; married couples who have been legally married for at least two years; both spouses should be age 27 or older; valid driver’s license; ability to become certified to drive student home vans; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; high degree of integrity; comply with campus regulations on pets, smoking, and alcohol; comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday services; both spouses must complete individual employment applications.
