Position: Houseparents – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School, a renowned private school founded in 1909 by Milton and Catherine Hershey, is seeking married couples to serve as flex houseparents, providing a nurturing environment for students from disadvantaged backgrounds. Flex houseparents reside in on-campus student homes, offering guidance, support, and maintaining a family-like atmosphere for a group of students. Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably in under-served settings; married couples who have been legally married for at least two years; both spouses age 27 or older; valid driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; demonstrate a high degree of integrity; willingness to lead students in daily devotions and attend Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services; both spouses must complete an individual employment application
