Position: Houseparents – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School, a renowned private school founded in 1909 by Milton and Catherine Hershey, is seeking married couples to join as flex Houseparents. This unique opportunity involves guiding and nurturing groups of 8-12 students in a family-like environment on campus, providing essential care and support to students in need.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; married couples legally married for at least two years, both spouses age 27 or older; no more than three dependent children in the student home; valid driver’s license and ability to drive student home vans; comfortable leading students in daily devotions and chapel services; able to lift up to 50 lbs; demonstrate high integrity and serve as role models for students; both spouses must complete individual employment applications
