Position: Houseparents – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School, a renowned private school, is seeking married couples to serve as Houseparents, providing a family-like environment for 8-12 students in a residential setting. This opportunity is ideal for couples dedicated to supporting disadvantaged youth in a smoke-free and weapon-free environment.
Requirements: Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; legally married for at least two years; both spouses aged 27 or older; high school diploma or GED required; able to lift up to 50 lbs; valid driver’s license; ability to become certified to drive student home vans; comfortable leading students in daily devotions and to chapel services; demonstrate a high degree of integrity; both spouses must complete an individual employment application
