Position: Houseparents – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School is seeking married couples to become flex houseparents, providing a nurturing and structured environment for 8-12 students in on-campus homes. This private school offers students from disadvantaged backgrounds a career-focused education with full support for housing, meals, and other expenses, thanks to its endowment by Milton and Catherine Hershey in 1909.
Requirements: Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably in under-served settings; legally married for at least two years; both spouses aged 27 or older; no more than three dependent children in the student home; smoke-free and weapon-free campus; valid driver’s license; ability to become certified to drive student home vans; comfortable leading students in daily devotions and to Sunday chapel services; high school diploma or GED; able to lift up to 50 lbs; high integrity and exemplary behavior; both spouses must complete individual employment applications
