Position: Houseparents – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School, a renowned private school in Hershey, Pennsylvania, is seeking Houseparents to provide a nurturing family-like environment for 8-12 students in on-campus student homes, offering guidance in life skills and education.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; legally married for at least two years; both spouses aged 27 or older; no more than three dependent children in the student home; abide by campus regulations including no alcohol while on duty, limitations on pets, and smoke-free and weapon-free environment; valid driver’s license; ability to become certified to drive student home vans; comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; demonstrate a high degree of integrity as role models for students.
