Position: Houseparents – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Married couples are sought as flex houseparents, residing on campus to guide and nurture 8-12 students in a family-like structure, handling various responsibilities.
Requirements: Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; both spouses must be legally married for at least two years and aged 27 or older; no more than three dependent children in the student home; abide by campus rules including no alcohol on duty and limitations on pets; valid driver’s license; high school diploma or GED required; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; demonstrate a high degree of integrity as role models for students; both spouses must complete an individual employment application.
