Position: Houseparents – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School, a renowned private school founded in 1909 by Milton and Catherine Hershey, is seeking married couples to join as Flex Houseparents. This unique role involves providing a nurturing family-like environment for 8-12 students from disadvantaged backgrounds, guiding them in various responsibilities while residing on campus within a supportive community.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; legally married for at least two years; both spouses age 27 or older; valid driver’s license; ability to become certified to drive student home vans; able to lift up to 50 lbs; high degree of integrity; both spouses must complete an individual employment application
