Position: Houseparents, Full-Time – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School is seeking married couples to fill the role of flex houseparents, providing guidance and support to students in a family-like environment. This position requires nurturing around 8-12 students while managing daily responsibilities such as transportation and medication administration. Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; legally married for at least two years; both spouses age 27 or older; valid driver’s license; ability to become certified to drive student home vans; comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; demonstrate a high degree of integrity; both spouses must complete an individual employment application
