Position: Houseparents, Full-Time – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School (MHS) is a renowned private school offering a career-focused education to students from pre-K through 12th grade from underprivileged backgrounds. Established in 1909 by Milton and Catherine Hershey, MHS provides a fully endowed environment where students and staff have all necessary resources for success. The school is currently seeking married couples to serve as flex houseparents, guiding and supporting groups of 8-12 students in a family-like setting on campus.
Requirements: Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably in underserved settings; must be a legally married couple for at least two years; both spouses aged 27 or older; high school diploma or GED required; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; valid driver’s license; comfortable leading students in devotions and chapel services; maintain a smoke-free, weapon-free environment; no more than three dependent children in the student home
