Position: Houseparents, Full-Time – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School, a renowned private school, is seeking dedicated Houseparents to create a nurturing family-like environment for students from disadvantaged backgrounds. Houseparents will reside in on-campus housing, overseeing a group of 8-12 students and managing various responsibilities to ensure the students’ well-being and educational growth.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; legally married for at least two years; both spouses age 27 or older; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; valid driver’s license; comfortable leading students in daily devotions and to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services; demonstrate a high degree of integrity; completion of individual employment application
