Position: Houseparents, Full-Time – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School, a renowned private school in Hershey, PA, is seeking dedicated Houseparents to provide a nurturing environment for students from disadvantaged backgrounds. Houseparents play a crucial role in guiding and supporting 8-12 students, managing various responsibilities while residing on campus.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably in under-served settings; married couples with at least two years of legal marriage; both spouses aged 27 or older; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; valid driver’s license; comfortable leading daily devotions and attending Sunday chapel services; adhere to campus regulations like smoke-free environment and limitations on pets; demonstrate high integrity and serve as role models for students.
