Position: Houseparents, Full-Time – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School, located in Hershey, Pennsylvania, is seeking dedicated married couples to fill the role of Flex Houseparents. These couples provide nurturing care to 8-12 students in a family-like on-campus environment, overseeing daily activities and fostering a structured setting.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; couples must be legally married for at least two years, with both spouses aged 27 or older; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; valid driver’s license; must demonstrate a high degree of integrity; both spouses must complete an individual employment application
Benefits: Salary of $43,825 per person (total compensation package of approx. $150,000 per couple including free housing, meals while on duty, and utilities); comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement savings, relocation assistance, and paid training; schedule of nine days on followed by three days off with three-week paid summer vacation
