Position: Houseparents, Full-Time – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

This unique role requires married couples to live on-campus, overseeing daily activities for approximately 8-12 students and ensuring their wellbeing. Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; married couples legally married for at least two years and both spouses age 27 or older; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; valid driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans; adherence to campus regulations including no alcohol on duty, limitations on pets, and leading students in daily devotions; demonstration of high integrity as role models for students.
