Position: Houseparents, Full-Time – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School, a renowned private school in Hershey, PA, provides exceptional education and support to students from disadvantaged backgrounds, offering career-focused learning from pre-K through 12th grade with comprehensive living arrangements covered by the institution. They are currently seeking married couples to join as flex houseparents, residing on campus to provide guidance and care for groups of 8-12 students.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; couples must be legally married for at least two years and aged 27 or older; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; valid driver’s license and certification to drive student home vans; must be comfortable leading students in daily devotions and attending Sunday chapel services; both spouses to complete individual employment applications.
