Position: Houseparents, Full-Time – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School, a renowned private institution established by Milton and Catherine Hershey in 1909, is seeking full-time Houseparents. This role involves married couples providing a nurturing home environment for 8-12 disadvantaged students on campus, offering comprehensive benefits and the opportunity to positively impact students’ lives through guidance and support.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; experience working with youth, preferably from under-served settings; married couples legally married for at least two years; both spouses 27 years or older; no more than three dependent children in the student home; valid driver’s license; ability to become certified to drive student home vans; must be able to lift up to 50 lbs; demonstrate a high degree of integrity; both spouses must complete individual employment applications.
