Position: Houseparents, Full-Time – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School, a renowned private school, is seeking dedicated Houseparents to provide a nurturing family-like environment for students from disadvantaged backgrounds. This full-time position requires married couples to live on campus and guide 8-12 students, managing daily activities in a structured setting that focuses on integrity and commitment.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; legally married for at least two years; both spouses aged 27 or older; valid driver’s license; ability to become certified to drive student home vans; lift up to 50 lbs; demonstrate high integrity as a role model for students; complete an individual employment application
