Position: Houseparents, Full-Time – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School, a renowned private educational institution in Hershey, PA, is seeking dedicated and compassionate Houseparents to provide a nurturing family-like environment for disadvantaged students on campus, ensuring their well-being and academic success.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; legally married for at least two years; age 27 or older for both spouses; no more than three dependent children in the student home; smoke-free and weapon-free campus policy; valid driver’s license; ability to become certified to drive student home vans; comfortable leading students in daily devotions and to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services; able to lift up to 50 lbs; high degree of integrity; both spouses must complete an individual employment application
