Position: Houseparents, Full-Time – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School, located in Hershey, PA, is a renowned private school offering a unique educational experience to students from pre-K through 12th grade, particularly those from disadvantaged backgrounds. Houseparents at Milton Hershey School (MHS) are dedicated married couples who create a nurturing and family-like environment for 8-12 students, providing support, guidance, and structure while residing on campus.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; legally married for at least two years; both spouses age 27 or older; no more than three dependent children in the student home; smoke-free and weapon-free campus policy; valid driver’s license; ability to become certified to drive student home vans; comfortable leading students in daily devotions and to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; must demonstrate a high degree of integrity; both spouses must complete an individual employment application
