Position: Houseparents, Full-Time – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School, a renowned private school in Hershey, PA, is seeking full-time Houseparents to provide guidance and support to groups of 8-12 students in a nurturing, family-like environment. This unique role requires married couples to demonstrate integrity, commitment to student welfare, and active participation in daily devotions.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; legally married for at least two years; both spouses age 27 or older; no more than three dependent children in the student home; abide by campus rules including a smoke-free and weapon-free environment; valid driver’s license and ability to drive student home vans; lift up to 50 lbs; demonstrate high integrity and serve as role models for students; complete individual employment applications for both spouses.
