Position: Houseparents, Full-Time – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required

Houseparents at Milton Hershey School create a family-like environment for 8-12 students, offering them guidance and support to ensure their well-being and development.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; legally married for at least two years; both spouses age 27 or older; no more than three dependent children in the student home; smoke-free and weapon-free campus; valid driver’s license; ability to become certified to drive student home vans; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; demonstrate a high degree of integrity; both spouses must complete an individual employment application
