Position: Houseparents, Full-Time – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School, located in Hershey, PA, provides a nurturing and family-like environment for students from disadvantaged backgrounds. Married couples serve as flex houseparents in on-campus homes, guiding 8-12 students while managing daily responsibilities including transportation and medication administration. Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; legally married for at least two years; both spouses age 27 or older; no more than three dependent children in the student home; abide by campus regulations including no smoking, weapons, or alcohol on duty; limitations on pets; valid driver’s license; ability to become certified to drive student home vans; comfortable leading students in daily devotions and to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services; able to lift up to 50 lbs; demonstrate a high degree of integrity as role models for students.
