Position: Houseparents, Full-Time – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School, located in Hershey, PA, is seeking full-time Houseparents. Houseparents are married couples who provide nurturing support and guidance to students living on campus, creating a family-like environment for approximately 8-12 students. This role offers a comprehensive compensation package and requires a commitment to upholding school values and experience working with youth.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; couples must be legally married for at least two years and both spouses should be age 27 or older; ability to become certified to drive student home vans; comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking students to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services; lift up to 50 lbs; demonstrate a high degree of integrity as role models for students
