Position: Houseparents, Full-Time – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School, a renowned private educational institution in Hershey, PA, is seeking dedicated and compassionate Houseparents to provide support and guidance to students from disadvantaged backgrounds. Houseparents create a family-like environment, oversee daily activities, and ensure the well-being and education of students while residing on campus.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; couples must be legally married for at least two years and both spouses should be age 27 or older; ability to become certified to drive student home vans; must be able to lift up to 50 lbs; demonstrate a high degree of integrity as role models for students.
