Position: Housekeeping Supervisor – MFWAK
About: This is the top supervisory job in the Housekeeping Department. The position involves supervising a small number of housekeeping and laundry employees, overseeing all aspects of housekeeping and laundry to maintain high standards, ensuring cleanliness and maintenance in public areas, guest rooms/suites, and equipment, handling complaints and special requests to achieve guest satisfaction, managing staffing requirements, assigning work and setting performance goals, providing training in compliance with regulations, promoting teamwork and quality service through daily communication, and potentially assisting with deep cleaning projects.
Requirements: High school diploma/secondary education/equivalent plus one year of housekeeping experience, including some supervisory training/experience; Fluency in English – a second language is a plus; Excellent interpersonal skills; Passion for hospitality
